NSS is partnering with WeGo, public transit in Nashville, to beta-test WeGo Link, an innovation to overcome the first-mile, last-mile problem in public transportation. This partnership draws on NSS’s understanding of successful human behavior change and technology adoption efforts.
“WeGo Link is an on-demand ride service developed to help bus riders bridge the obstacles they may face while getting to or from their bus stops; whether those obstacles be bad weather, safety concerns, inconsistent sidewalks, or even a stubbed toe. WeGo Link, developed through a partnership with Uber and Mobility Solutions, is currently in its beta testing phase.” - WeGo

Mason Lofts at West End
Mason Lofts is a contemporary boutique hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. Before connecting with NSS, Mason Lofts’ manager implemented a range of sustainable practices within the hotel, including waste reduction efforts, composting infrastructure, native habitat, and an edible garden. They reached out to NSS for help in taking sustainability efforts to the next level.
The manager is passionate about no waste solutions within her operations, even working with local Nashville vendors to deliver goods to their guests in reusable packaging. With NSS’s help, she was able to reach zero waste in her operations. We started with a simple and personal discovery meeting, understanding the functioning system that is Mason Lofts. After understanding where we could leverage change easily, NSS made recommendations for a structure to reach zero waste within her operations. NSS then delivered a PR package to communicate those practices with her guests and potential clients.
